Not as good as Dark Lycan, but better than Dark Wolf. This book was a solid three and a half to four stars to me until the last battle when it shot up to a solid five stars. Dark Blood, book 26 of the series Dark, by Christine Feehan & it's time to read the series from the beginning again! This will be my 2nd time through the most recent book. @authorcfeehan is one of my favorite authors.

Dark Blood is the end of the trilogy within Christine Feehan's Carpathian series. Zev and Branslavia's story is hands down the best of the three stories in this miniseries. I did find it to be a tad redundant which is why I gave it 4.5 stars rather than the 5 stars I've come to expect from a Carpathian novel.
