The author of Smoke in Mirrors and Soft Focus presents a sexy, irresistible story of two people searching for secrets—and finding each other…

Great characters, interesting background, believable plot. She never disappoints! Jewelry, antiques, medieval armor, and the clue that could have easily tied everything together hidden until after the matter is solved. Glad I found one of hers had missed!!

Jayne Ann Krentz is just absolutely brilliant! She can spin a tale like almost no other. And I love the fact that you can get to 91% in the book and still be wondering who the murderer is! And then not find out until approximately 96%!? She’s just amazing. I tell people all the time there’s at least two spins to every book, in this case it was three! Love her! Highly highly recommend.
