I read somewhere this book was Balogh's first published book. If that's the case, then I'm willing to give her a break as I write this review. After buying this book and reading it yesterday, I was ready to give it two stars primarily because the hero, Richard, is a big jerk and the heroine, Margaret, is a wimp, pure and simple. Supposedly, the book was first published in 1985 - more than 30 years ago. Once I began reading, although I didn't like how things were going, I had to finish to see ...
