Instant Gratification

In Instant Attraction, Jill Shalvis introduced Cameron, Stone, and T.J.; the sexy, daredevil brothers who run Wilder Adventures. And for Stone Wilder, the thrill of a lifetime is about to arrive in a surprising package. . .The Doctor Is In DeepWishful, California, is 3000 miles from Dr. Emma Sinclair\'s last job in a New York City ER. It may as well be another galaxy. Here, running her father\'s clinic for a summer, Emma treats bee stings, stomach flu, and the occasional pet cat. Plus, she has to contend with patients like Stone Wilder: gorgeous, laid-back, and irritating beyond belief. The man laughs at her. A lot. And Emma loathes him. All except that tiny part of her that wants to throw him on her examining table and break every doctor-patient rule in the book. . .When Stone tries to help Emma learn to loosen up a bit, he pictures white-water rafting or scenic mountain hikes. Not a mind-blowing affair that shakes them both to the core. Emma\'s sure she has no place in a town like Wishful, but Stone knows different. Emma belongs here - in this town, in his life. And convincing this strong-minded, stubborn, sexy woman of that fact will be a challenge no Wilder man could resist. . .

I really enjoyed the second instalment of the Wilder men series by Jill Shalvis. This is the story about Stone who we met in the first book. In the first book, we learned that Stone has a crush on the local Doctor and that he keeps asking her out and she keeps telling him no. Stone is the middle child, the one who breaks up fights, the one who keeps everything running and keeps their family together. He was hard working, caring and simply adorable. After seeing how Cam found love, he was hopi...

She's 30 yrs. old and lost in this alien world of Wishful, California. She's homesick for her apartment, near Central Park in NYC. She misses her bustling, busy and rushed job in the Manhattan E.R. Yep, Dr. Emma Sinclair is stuck in this podunk town in the California Sierras where there's no take-out, no fast food drive thru's, no Starbucks, no crowds, traffic or trains. She wants to go home, but she's obligated to stay to help her Dr. Dad recoup from a heart attack. Her father who she's been...

I bought this book before realizing that this was the second book in the Wilder brothers series, but I have to say.... I have no complaints. I did not feel lost not reading the first book, so it I can tell you that if you do the same thing like I did..... do not worry. These books are capable of standing on their own.

In this book, we get to know Dr. Emma Sinclair and Stone Wilder.... what an explosive connection with these two. The banter with all the characters was uplifting and I found ...

Overall, I really liked this book. The characters are well thought out and you are definitely rooting for them as the story line progresses. This is what I consider a PG romance novel. The intimate scenes are not graphic and hardcore. There is a more sensual feel to the characters and how they interact. This is not a sec romance, it's a love story.

The main character, Emma, is a highfalutin NY ER doctor that has moved back to her birthplace in Colorado to help her father after a heart atta...
