It's difficult to follow the Breed series in any order, since various Breeds have their own progression of books, so if you want a clear list of books to read beginning to end, go to the author's website. This book seemed to be close enough to a standalone; there weren't a lot of references to crucial past events and the characters that appear are all explained enough.

Leigh turned up the steam on this one; I actually can't remember if I've read any other Breed book loaded with so much sex...

I so loved the story of Mercury and Ria. Please keep them coming. Every time I read one of Lora’ books I still feel the joy I felt upon reading the first book and the anticipation of reading the next one
